Vegetarian and vegan friendly and made with no added bakers yeast. Our sourdoughs are raised by the use of a sourdough “mother” produced from only flour, water and time. In the mother, the natural yeast multiplies asssisted by other microbes and enzymes present in the flour. After days of growth this yeast rich mix is used to create a dough. Then, over several hours, the enzymes act on the dough as it rises creating an open texture, a satisfying bread with flavour and digestibilty.
