A yeasted, tinned bread.This is a true Wholewheat, no white flour. It is raised by a “sponge” of flour, water and a very small amount of bakers yeast. This is left to mature for hours allowing the natural yeasts to flourish whilst enzymes act to aid digestibility. These loaves have all the flavour of the traditional Wholewheat.
